For our site in Aesch/BL we are looking for an HEAD QC HAEMOSTASIS (F/M)

The Position

• Lead, support and develop the teams of Haemostasis and Biological Quality Control laboratories
• Overall responsibility for results including investigation of results out of specification
• The job holder assures that analytical methods are validated for intended use
• Assures industry standard in his/her field with respect to GMP and ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements
• In addition the job holder assures a safe working place within the laboratories adapting the company’s Safety Health Environment directives

HEAD QC HAEMOSTASIS (F/M) Job Requirements

The Ideal

• Master in biochemistry/microbiology or equivalent scientific engineer education with a practical background of at least 5 years in industry
• Interdisciplinary knowledge in Haemostasis requested, and know how in Microbiology desirable• Experience in leading a team
• Well developed organisational skills
• High level of expertise in GMP for Pharma and Medical Device Industry (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485) with respect to analytics
• Excellent communication skills
• Well established knowledge on common office tools (MS Office, etc)
• Fluent language skills (w/s) in German and professional in English
