The Opportunity
Project
- Automation of the handling of tire mold sipes during their manufacturing process. This process will include a feasibility study including physical testing on:
- Numerical vision for part position detection & quality control.
- Definition and creation of universal handling interface features.
- Design of dedicated handling & transfer systems through the production line.
- Automated press tool exchange, including storage management.
- Optimization of throughput speed.
Intern - Automation/Robotics Job Requirements
To join our team you will need:
Education
- The student must currently follow a Bachelor or Master program in mechanical/electro mechanical engineering with major in automation/robotics
Languages - Fluency in English and French or English and German
- Both would be considered as a strong asset.
