Autodesk, Inc. is looking for a talented Software Engineer to work on the development of our HSMWorks CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) product. 

As a global leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software, Autodesk helps people imagine, design, and create a better world. This is a unique opportunity to join and directly impact a growing business run by the entrepreneurial Design, Lifecycle, and Simulation (DLS) team inside Autodesk. 

You will be working as a member of a highly skilled development team in Copenhagen collaborating closely with team members in the US and UK. The applicant for this position will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation and maintenance of our world class CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain high-quality code for software enhancements and new products.
• Support customers and partners during Alpha/Beta phases to identify and resolve product defects.
• Produce clean, maintainable, well-documented code in adherence with internal standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug code in an efficient and systematic manner.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Experience in C++ programming (Visual Studio or GCC).
• Experience programming with MFC and/or OpenGL.
• Experience with Python is a big plus.
• Experience with SolidWorks programming is a big plus.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
