Job Description -
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate and coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for the execution of major and minor Validation Projects at the Orth Facility
- Work with responsible Areas to prepare budgets, schedules and business cases for Validation project(s), and participate in Presentations to the Site Management Teams
- Coordinate and lead Progress Meetings
- Prepare and present regular Project status Updates
- Oversee Validation & Calibration related Projects at Orth Facility
- Provide Project Management tools to Validation team and support Resource and Time Planning activities
- Define Work Breakdown Structures, work packages and Timelines for Validation & Calibration Projects
- Coordinate agendas, minutes, and follow-up activity tracking
- Support best practice sharing with other BioScience sites
Project Manager (f/m) Validation & Calibration Job Requirements
Requirements
- Technical or scientific education (University, FH or HTL) in natural or technical sciences
- experienced in working in a GMP Environment
- Leadership Experience is an Advantage
- Project Management Experience
- Validation Knowledge
- Ability to manage complex projects and timelines in a matrix team environment
- Integrity and Reliability
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English
Remuneration corresponds to the respective classification according to the collective agreement for the chemical industry. The minimum salary for this position is € 2747,63 gross per month based on full-time employment. Possible increased payment is dependent on professional experience and/or qualifications. In addition Baxter offers many social benefits (e.g. canteen, wellness-center) to mention just a few of them.
