Job Description:

As a leader in the aerospace industry, they are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an Electrical Engineer. The electrical engineer will utilize his development expertise to participate in the design of new products and solve electrical problems. As a senior electrical engineer you will be responsible for the technical resourcing of existing electronic designs. The existing documentation must be extended to enable a extensive testing on board level and box build. Besides the weekly supplier communication also responsible for visiting the suppliers.

Essential Responsibilities

• Captures, understands and documents the customer's electrical requirements
• Designs electrical systems architectures in co-operation with aircraft manufacturers
• Develops and maintains multiple technical designs, to integrate to electrical and software in a design.
• Develops functional and technical descriptions.
• Performs interior systems analysis, modeling and simulation
• Performs system safety analysis, including hazard assessment and fault tree analysis
• Develops requirements for electrical test facilities
• Creates functional product specifications
• Creates overview in design and project status
• Performs other related duties as required

Electrical Engineer Aerospace Job Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Engineering from four-year college or university and three years related experience in the Aero space sector
• Several years experience in Electrical Engineering, Good understanding of Engineering processes and (IT) tools
• Experience with electronics in area`s up to 150 degree celcius.
• Good understanding of manufacturing- and assembly processes
• Aerospace business/Quality systems and Quality procedures
• Good planning skills
• Excellent communication skills on all levels and with all disciplines
• Disciplined and result driven
• Decision making, Problem solving
• Fluent in English
