Job Description:
As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Mechanical Engineer. The Mechanical engineer will utilize his development expertise to participate in the design of new products and solve mechanical problems.
Essential Responsibilities

• Captures, understands and documents the customer's mechanical requirements
• Develops and elaborates technical and functional specifications.
• Develops and maintains mechanical designs.
• Creates functional product specifications.
• Participates in Design reviews.
• Creates overview in design and project status.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training.
• Several years experience in Mechanical Engineering, Good understanding of Engineering processes and (IT) tools
• Work experience within an Aerospace company is required
• Good understanding of manufacturing- and assembly processes
• Experience with PDM package Team center
• Experience in (D)FMEA and design for Assembly
• Aerospace business/Quality systems and Quality procedures
• Experience in Injection Moulding
• Good planning skills
• Excellent communication skills on all levels and with all disciplines
• Disciplined and result driven
• Decision making, Problem solving
• Cost efficient
• Fluent in English

• Experience in 3D/NX
• Knowledge of steel/aluminum materials
