Senior Expert Manufacturing & Transfer
to be based at the newly established Department of Manufacturing Science and Technology at its largest production site located in northern Switzerland. The team of experts provide the manufacturing site with further specialist knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and technologies. Your role is to ensure knowledge transfer to specific areas of expertise, both in solid and sterile production. By providing regular training programmes for colleagues at various levels in production you set the benchmark for global standards and ensure state of the art processes and technological improvements.

As Subject Matter Expert you monitor the process-, technology- and production transfers from launch to commercial production, the design and control optimization projects and by so doing facilitate improvements in productivity and long-term sustainability. In close collaboration with your peers in global MS & T, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and other production sites you will help define and transfer expertise. Furthermore you support inspection processes for internal and external audits by providing inputs to the necessary regulatory documentation and participate in the due diligence team.

Senior Expert Manufacturing & Transfer Job Requirements

We are looking for a result-driven personality with sound education in science and relevant working experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You are familiar with GMP standards and have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes in science and technology and project management. The succesful candidate is an open-minded, pro-active personality with good communication skills in English and German.
