We are now looking for an energetic Item Request Coordinator/Specialist to develop, execute and maintain operational item management in Service Product Center. You will report to Senior Manager – Service Product Management and your location will be in Espoo, Finland.
As Item Request Coordinator/Specialist, you will:
- Develop and maintain operational item management in Service Product Center
- Work closely together with organizations developing the item concepts, data models and related business and support processes for Services
- Ensure efficient operations and securing item related KPIs
- Coordinate item requests and related process execution
- Collect local issues and defects and escalate them to concept owners
- Take care of item related training and securing competences of local team
- Cooperate with product management, engineering and supply functions in support issues
- Participate in system development for ERP, CRM, PDM and EAM
- Handle operative management of subcontracting
- Have different hands-on item related tasks
ITEM REQUEST COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST Job Requirements
To succeed, you will need:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering
- Basic understanding of minerals processing and related equipment
- Organized way of working compiling the big picture and eye for details
- Proven capability to work efficiently in a matrix organization
- Proven knowledge of PDM, ERP and related systems
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English, any other language skills are seen as an asset
- Experience in developing item concepts, data quality and processes
- Understanding about installed base management
- Tolerance to pressure and capability to prioritize operative issues
- Strong focus to process efficiency KPIs, such as response times
- To be an open minded team player who is capable of adopting new ways of working
- Can-do attitude
