Job description

Next to your responsibility for guiding and motivating your team of specialists, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance orders within your team and with external parties. Other responsibilities will be to implement results from RCM studies in the maintenance system and to draw up technical specifications for service contracts. URENCO Netherlands is part of an international holding. This means that you will also be part of international meetings on the improvement of work methods and techniques.

Teamleader Plant Maintenance Electrical Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience

• A higher education degree in Electrical Engineering supplemented with knowledge of computerization
• Knowledge of production and maintenance processes and knowledge of adjoining fields
• 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience and demonstrable leadership experience
• Excellent communicative skills, ability to be a conversation partner at all levels
• Good knowledge and command of the English language, written and oral. Command of the German language is a preference
