Business Relationship Manager Job Description

To realise a good connection between the business and the IT organization we are looking for a Business Relationship Manager. A local position with great alliance at Group level.

As a Business Relationship Manager you identify the IT requirements on behalf of local activities and you translate them into functional specifications. Together with the internal customer you transform these specifications into business cases. In consultation with other parties you investigate how solutions can be integrated into the existing architecture. To do this you are fully aware of al the consequences of the implementation. This makes you capable of convincing your international colleagues of your projects and the advantages these will bring in the field of efficiency.

Business Relationship Manager Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience

• Excellent communicative skills to be a conversation partner at all levels
• Proactive, goal-oriented, consequent and decisive
• Strong commercial focus
• A finished education in IM/IT or business administration
• Wide experience in the field of Customer Management and Business Planning/Development within a large, complex, profit or non-profit organization
• Prince2 certified
• Good knowledge and command of the English language, written and oral.
