Our client provides a range of specialized services to the (petro) chemical, refining and pipeline industries throughout the life cycle of the plant, tank or pipeline. The Service line Inspection Services provides a full package related to in-line inspection (ILI) of un-piggable pipelines, coiled heaters, refinery piping and storage tanks around the world.
Within the service line Inspection Services the Technology and Training centre is responsible for:
A software architect with strong communication, organization and social skills with an eye for detail having the following qualifications:
• A Bachelor or Master degree in a suitable direction such as Computer Science and Engineering. Electrical Engineering, Embedded system Engineering or Applied Science will be considered as well;
• At least 8 years of experience in software development;
• Knowledgeable in various development platforms (LabVIEW, Mathlab, C++, C#, Java, .NET, Python);
• Proven management skills;
• NDT-UT level II or III is not required but would be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of data acquisition, digital hardware, embedded systems and signal processing is considered a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written;
