Regional Sales Manager BeNeLux (M/F) Job Description

The main responsibilities of this position can be described as follows:

• Execute correct, effective and customer oriented sales to all customers in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg
• Be responsible for all aspects of the sales process like contacts, visits, discussions, reports, offers, approvals and technical support of existing and potential customers
• Maximizing existing client potential by identifying suitable projects and meeting customer requirements
• Searching for new major customers and developing long-term relationships with them
• Keep up to date on market information
• Participation in trade shows and other relevant industry events
• Managing and supporting new product launches
• Reporting to the German management and updating the CRM data base regularly

Regional Sales Manager BeNeLux (M/F) Job Requirements

We are looking for a candidate that has been successful in managing sales and with a strong focus on business development preferably with proven achievements in the image processing industry.

Our ideal candidate has an engineering degree in Electronics, Physics or comparable professional education combined with relevant industry experience and visible track record in sales. She / he has a few years of working experience in a comparable sales role within the B2B industrial products business. Important personal competences include a high self motivation and accountability for his/her actions and a solid commitment for first class customer service and support. We do expect excellent English communication skills as well as a high social integrity.
