We are looking for a surveyor speciliased in Stability to join our team in Copenhagen.

Job Responsibilities 

To carry out intact stability, damage stability and tonnage calculations in connection with approval of both new construction and conversions. Further to assist clients in the design and construction phase and to deal with ballast water treatment issues .

Stability Surveyor Job Requirements

• Degree in Naval Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of experience with intact and damage stability calculations from Yard, class, ship owner, consultant etc.
• Basic knowledge of NAPA as this is LR’s standard software for stability calculations
• Client focused
• Good communication skills (working language is English)
• Commercial Awareness
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise work and meet LR and Clients deadlines
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
