HEAD OF LIGHTING DEPARTMENT

Job description:

• Organization and coordination of lighting division
• Monitoring of new trends and normative requirements in lighting
• Evangelizing of new lighting trends with the overall company strategy
• Preparation and extension of the division structure for internalization of the services and support
• Capacity planning for international projects
• Build up and extension of our international network and partners for lighting solutions
• Research, develop and setup of new lighting concepts with respect to energy saving
• Participation in committees and on international lighting events

Personality requirements and skills

• Electrical education with specialization in lighting
• Multilingual talent (fluent English as mandatory)
• Self-motivated individual with excellent leading and management skills
• Willingness to travel
• Strong representative on international level
