Service Engineering Job Description

We are looking for creative heads who want to rock the world of mobile shopping with us! In our integration team we support customers in quickly and easily integrating their mobile shops into the Shopgate system. We make it a point to answer all of their questions and ensure comprehensive (technical) customer support.
 

• Support the online merchants at the technical interface between their shops and the Shopgate system
• Establish and monitor Gateways
• Technical phone and e-mail support

Service Engineering Job Requirements

• Student of Economical Informatics, Computer Science, IT (or some related area)
• Good IT skills of basic technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to sudden changes and issues
• Very organized and capable of supporting the work of others​
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Service- & result-oriented with a strong customer focus
• Advanced English speaking skills are a plus
