Innovative and responsible - your tasks are challenging.

• Optimise and evaluate strength and durability of aircraft components
• Align structural connecting elements
• Perform and properly interpret calculations, including manual calculations
• Create FE models and evaluate the results
• Support series production
• Cooperate and consult with the design department

• Targeted seminars
• Development of expert competence

Stress Engineer (m/f) Aviation Job Requirements

Qualification profile:

• Completed degree majoring in mechanical, automotive, or aerospace engineering or a similar field
• Working knowledge of finite element methods
• Working knowledge in the field of metals and/or CFRP
• Working knowledge of the computational tools PATRAN, NASTRAN and/or ABAQUS; ideally of the tools ISAMI and/or ISSY
• Working knowledge of common MS Office tools
• Working knowledge of CATIA V5
• Good communication skills, self-starter, teamwork skills
• Very good working knowledge of English and German
