CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER (M/F) Job Description

Your responsibilities:

You are the main customer contact for all Quality matters and for improving the customer satisfaction.
Establish and develop relationships to EMEA customers in order to review their requirements and to ensure that they are met
Manage customer quality alerts/claim:
- Investigate complaints, and perform primary analysis of components rejected by customers. Explain issues to the manufacturing plants located on all continents
- Review and challenge 8D-reports from manufacturing plants
- Explain to customers the action plan, and obtain alerts/claim closure
Manage non-conformance announcements to customers, with data provided by the plants Quality Engineers
Manage, when applicable, to obtain cancellation approval from customers
Follow up on the implementation of action plans and perform process audits at Molex Plants if needed

CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER (M/F) Job Requirements

Your profile:

Work experience of at least 1 year as a Quality Engineer
Production experience in stamping, injection or assembly process is mandatory
Problem solving abilities (8D, 5 whys)
Analytical ability to solve each quality issue
Good language skills in German and English, verbal and written
Willingness to travel – at times at short notice – within Europe and North Africa (trips of 2 to 5 days)
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in an international environment
