				Inside Sales Representative Job Description
			    Responsibilites:
- Support the director of the business development by generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales   
- Build prospect list
- Cold call and e-mail prospection to build new business relationships
- Attend and staff OSF booths at selected events
- Assist sales and marketing with local coordination of trade show selection, registration, prep, logistics
- Work with email marketing coordinator to schedule pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns
- Manage and keep up to date the prospect list in the CRM
- Understand company objectives and how they translate into search and media strategies
- Assist to corporate networking activity and conferences
- Create marketing tools (brochure-fact sheet billboard display, promotional object) for prospection networking activity and conferences
- Ensure follow-up for marketing projects and networking activities

Skills needed for this job:
- Fluent in English and German   
- A proven background in sales would be a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research skills
- Good skills in Excel (medium level); expertise in pulling, manipulating data
- Expertise in data gathering, preparation and analysis
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proactive and goal oriented individual who enjoys working with people both in person and over the phone
- Technical competence and knowledge (CRM, ERP, e-commerce)
