    Engineers Job Requirements

    Talented young professionals and graduates with up to 3 years work experience who hold a University Master's Degree in engineering, e.g. Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical or Power/Electrical Engineering or another technical degree.
    Engineers make an impact in a number of areas within Shell. Your engineering and analytical skills are a powerful combination as you develop and design technical solutions in a broad, complex manufacturing environment. You are also likely to have the necessary skills to successfully process a range of information and effectively work in diverse teams.

    • Mechanical Static Engineering, you’ll provide first-line mechanical static (pressurised equipment), shore based, maintenance and engineering support.
    • Process Automation, Control and Optimisation (PACO) Engineering, you could work on a range of Upstream and Downstream projects and operations, including base layer, advance process control, process safeguarding and alarm management.
    • Electrical engineering, you will be troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, designing hardware and software, and monitoring power distribution.
