EUROPEAN SAP BUSINESS ANALYSTS (M/F) Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to implement SAP in European locations: train local ITC’s (super-users) to an adequate competence level on SAP functionality, learn and understand local business requirements from both a functional and legal perspective, propose solutions that satisfy customer’s needs.
Support local ITC’s and users: root cause analysis, diagnosis and resolution of daily operational issues. Implement best practice and changes in term of SAP related processes in the region. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the regional user community.
Proactively identifying new functionalities that would enhance operations: test new functionality, coordinate system changes with Global Information System group (GIS), prepare business specifications for development; create test plans and signoff transportation to production system.
Participate in global teams / conferences to deploy projects in the region: train relevant ITC’s in the region, create and update documentation, support business during deployment.

EUROPEAN SAP BUSINESS ANALYSTS (M/F) Job Requirements

Your Profile:

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required on one of below modules
- SAP MM PURCHASING: support in a manufacturing environment, ideally SRM.
- SAP FI/CO: as a financial analyst in a manufacturing environment, ideally with accounting and costing.
- SAP QM: support in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP WM: support in a warehouse/distribution environment with SAP Warehouse Management, ideally with HUM, Batch Management.
- SAP SD: support in a Customer Service.
Analysis and problem solving skills, proven ability to understand and translate business requirements effectively.
Good interpersonal skills to effectively work closely as part of a team during SAP implementations across multiple cultures.
Customer Service skills that demonstrate the ability to respond to user problems with a sense of urgency.
Experience in ERP project lifecycle implementation and support (preferably SAP ECC 6.0 or higher).
Ability to travel extensively (mainly in Europe) to support SAP implementation projects.
Fluent in both written and spoken English (German language skills would be a plus).
