Job Description
You will be working on the system external interface of the EUV Source. 
The external interface is used to retrieve diagnostics from the machine that are essential for issue resolving, performance measurements, and monitoring. 
You will be working on software services that manage diagnostic data transfers efficiently, securely, and in a scalable way. 
Quality of Service is important, as the data is used for business reporting and for improving the EUV Source. 
At the same time, we offer transparency to the customer about what data is retrieved from their systems and assure them that we protect their machines from leaking trade secrets.In this role you will have close collaboration with Customer Support, architects and functional teams.  
To come to the right solutions, you are required to discuss requirements with our many stakeholders.

For this you need to be pro-active and be able to find your way in the organization.Next to creating new functionality, a part of our work consists of updating and troubleshooting legacy SW.  Maintainability, serviceability, and testability of the software are important quality aspects; we are looking for a developer with well-developed object-oriented design skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Create clear software requirements, aligned with stakeholders
• Design, implement, and maintain software (C++ and Java) according to the requirements
• Write and maintain software documentation (requirements, design, test, etc.)
• Perform impact analysis for proposed software changes
• Together with your team leader and project leader, provide effort estimates, indicate dependencies and report progress on a regular basis
• Test and integrate your changes,
• Share knowledge, learn from your colleagues

ASML - Control and Infrastructure Software Designer Job Requirements

BSc. or MSc. in Electronics, Informatics or Computer Science or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in development of technical software.
• Experience with C++¸ C, Java, Python, Object Oriented design, and design for testability.

• Good communicative skills
