As Marketing Manager you understand the value and business impact ASML products have for our customers and share this value creation in a fair way. As a Marketing Manager, it is your job to:
- Own pricing competency at ASML for all products and services;
- Set and continuously evaluate pricing strategy and frameworks across the different Business Lines;
- Manage the pricing process and facilitate decision making with Sr. Management of all stakeholders;
- Work together with Product Managers and advise the Business Lines to set (value based) product pricing and effectively communicate the value proposition to our customers;
- Safeguard ASML portfolio pricing structure consistency across the different Business Lines;
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects for the ASML Strategy Office, such as ASML product portfolio strategies, Business Line strategies, Semiconductor ecosystem economics and customer Business Model analysis;
- Travel occasionally to Field Teams (2-6 weeks per year).

Context of the positionASML's Corporate Marketing organization, part of the Corporate Strategy and Marketing team, is responsible for aligning the (future) ASML product offering across the Business Lines to our Customer's Roadmaps. Based on consolidated market knowledge we support ASML's Strategic Process.

ASML - Marketing Manager Product Pricing & Value Job Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent is a must;
- MBA or Business Administration degree preferred.
Experience5-10 years working experience in a business environment, either:
- High-tech industry experience (ASML or other high-tech equipment manufacturing, semiconductor) or;
- Consulting experience (high-tech, semiconductors, marketing, portfolio management, pricing).
Personal skills- Ambitious, eager, tech-lover;
- Team player;
- Stakeholder management in complex business environment – influencing without power;
- Strong analytical skills.
