This is the role
As a Product Manager EMEA at Eastman Chemical Company you will be actively managing and developing long term product and pricing strategies to maintain, spread and sustainably grow earnings. You will optimize allocation of resources and drive the demand side of Sales & Operations Planning process, develop product line strategies and market activation plans to fill out additional capacities that are being added globally. As the interface between sales, procurement, finance, logistics and business development you are translating all this processes in one price / value proposition. Your goal: making sure we create the best long term margin possible without any concessions to the Eastman commercial offering and brand.

This is who you are
You are a smart, analytical, hands-on product manager with the capacity for assimilating and comprehending information and determine the "big picture".   You enjoy negotiation, have commercial skills, and can focus on the changing external environment.  You are passionate about product development and constantly look for ways to improve it. A jack of all trades with the tenacity to thrive in a constantly changing environment function in a matrixed organization.
 
This is what you bring
This role requires the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Furthermore, you bring a highly developed Financial acumen and strong communication and collaboration skills. Finally, you hold a Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, Finance or Business related, preferably combined with a MBA.
