Junior Process Information Manager Job Description

Do you love figuring out processes and customer needs? Do you like to present, and to train people, to increase adoption of new systems and processes? Then apply now as a Junior Process Information Manager you will be part of the CRM (customer relationship management) team that will implement a new CRM system and process.

The goal of the CRM programme is to become a more customer centric organisation by implementing a tool that should give better insight in customer engagements for all employees that are in contact with the customer, either in marketing, sales, operations or service.
The new system will be able to capture all communication with the customer and to integrate with other information systems to display and analyse relevant data to optimise customer engagement.
This needs a new way of working and mind-set for the users. The CRM team will manage the design and implementation of the improved way of working and supporting CRM system. 

The CRM team will consist of about 5 people (2 project managers, 1 IT architect and 2 supporting roles). Additionally, the technical aspects (building/configuration) of the CRM implementation will be led by a third-party implementation partner.

Tasks and responsibilities
In this challenging role, we offer you a wide range of varying activities and responsibilities. In general, as a team member you will be involved in gathering and analysing information, creating the design and training and coaching colleagues for the improved way of working. Your main activities will consist of:

• Organising workshops and interviews to gather the needs from the business (different departments and customer centres)
• Translate business needs into CRM requirements
• Testing the new system on the required functionalities and develop capabilities for minor enhancements
• Develop communication and training materials
• Train people on how to use the system

Junior Process Information Manager Job Requirements

Your profile

• Academic or HBO-degree in Economics, IT, technical area, business administration, or alike
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization 
• Good command of English, both verbal and written, is essential, Dutch is preferred, other languages are an advantage. 
• You have a strong affinity with improving business processes by leveraging software
• Result-oriented, understanding of process, IT, human, product and organizational consequences
• Team player and strong focus on stakeholder management
• Eager to learn
• Willing to travel internationally (up to 25%)
