ASML - Technical Business Analyst Job Description

The sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. The CS Field Factory System Install & Relocations DUV - Business Engineer will manage the process of capacity resource planning and identify improvement opportunities for the department. 

Job Description
In the role as Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: 
Manage the process of capacity resource planning:

• Resource forecasting depending on roadmap of the department and demand request from Central Planning (mid and long term)
• Ownership of Install & relocation blueprints
• Calculate demand based on forecast and blueprints (horizon of 6-8 quarters)
• Sounding board for group leaders, project leaders and program manager for effective allocation of resources
• Support program manager to predict number of resources needed and advice for related blueprints
• Identify and report operational capacity bottle necks and potential solutions
• Drive RFF process from CS FF Installs & Relocations side (resources required, justification, CS proposals)

• Analyze processes and measure the results. Identify possible improvements
• Identify areas of improvement on request and on own initiative
• Identify targets for the department to improve the quality and costs of the operation
• Drive blueprint improvement from business perspective (focus on staffing and cycle time, non-technical)

ASML - Technical Business Analyst Job Requirements

Bachelors or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Technical Business Administration 

Experience 

• Master's degree plus 1 years' experience or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' experience

• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data or report information (analytical skills)
• Problem solving skills with a structural approach
• Self-starter capabilities and flexibility to a changing environment
• Good documentation skills
• Team player and result oriented
• Able to influence without power
• Helicopter view and stress resistant
