For the Tibco Spotfire platform the IT BDA team has the responsibility to:
- Ensure effective usage of Spotfire across ASML
- Manage the Spotfire key user community
- Ensure a stable and performing Spotfire platform
- Create/maintain awareness regarding security aspects
- Contribute to effective license management
- Support/facilitate innovations on the Spotfire platform
- Promote usage of the Spotfire platform by active communication, deployment and training
- Safeguard alignment between the ASML Spotfire platform and the Cymer Spotfire platform
- Establish/extend the Spotfire service in close cooperation with O&I
Job Description - Acts as a central contact and subject matter expert within the ICT organization for Spotfire related activities.
- Ensure availability of respective Spotfire trainings (e-learning or class-room) and ensure that people are trained in Spotfire in the correct and most efficient way (e.g. via train-the-trainer concept)
- Maintain contacts with external Spotfire service providers and challenge them whenever necessary
- Chair the Spotfire key user meeting
- Own and maintain the company-wide Spotfire knowledge platform (Sharepoint teamsite), including FAQ and Spotfire service/application catalog
- Ensure implementation of new Spotfire applications on the Sandbox and/or other Spotfire environments
- Work proactively with Spotfire key users to ensure accurate delivery of new or changed Spotfire applications, according to guidelines and best practices.
- Act as the central linking pin for Spotfire knowledge between all departments/teams that use Spotfire
- Assesses, refines and implements new requirements for the Spotfire platform like new source system connections or new Spotfire application components
- Responsible for continuous deployment and promotion of usage of the Spotfire platform
- Responsible for measuring Spotfire usage in relation to the ASML Spotfire licenses
- In case Spotfire evolves into a (partially) IT managed application: manage transition from projects (new developments) to support (run and maintain) by checking all documentation and knowledge transfer by the project teams before go-live.
- Provides general feedback and improvement proposals, attunement of implementation planning, hands-on assistance, problem solving and reporting requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Information Technology or equivalent by experience
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT professional
- Broad knowledge of IT in areas such as security or lifecycle management
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a complex environment
- Detailed knowledge of the Spotfire platform
- Experience with end user support
Personal skills- Strong customer focus, result-oriented and drive for excellence
- Service minded
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- A demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments
