System Engineer (m/f) for Common Rail Systems Job Description

 As System Engineer (m/f) it is your responsibility to introduce DENSO’s Common Rail System (CRS) to our customer and take care of the application from the development phase to production maturity. You will act as interface between all relevant internal parties and the customer as well as be responsible for a variety of tasks, including advanced engineering development, production development and new business sourcing.

What you'll do

• Take care of application and calibration of our system;
• Perform technical analysis and present the results to our customer;
• Support advanced development activities and make sure that our Common Rail Systems comply with the required specifications;
• Investigate and analyse trends and future technologies of Diesel engines;
• Collaborate closely with colleagues within own product group and other product groups on a regional and global level to develop advanced CRS technology and
• Ensure the appropriate and timely progression of product development projects for the customer.

System Engineer (m/f) for Common Rail Systems Job Requirements

What you'll need

• University degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or comparable education
• Profound knowledge of combustion engines as well as CRS
• Good understanding of engine management system
• In your past professional career you have demonstrated your project delivery capability
• Solid overview of current market trends in the area of commercial vehicles an Diesel engines
• You will work within an international and highly diverse and multi-cultural organisation on a day-to-day basis. A fluent level of German as well as English is required.
