Technical Service Director Job Description

Manage Technical Services Team Bergamo, Manage Pilot Plant Facilities, support LBG and Carcao promotion and sales. Develop and coach team towards improved performance

Manage the pilot plant facilities with updating and proper maintenance

Customer ready solutions within required timelines
Track & report KPIs
Manage day to day life of Technical Service Team Bergamo
Optimising raw material selection for customer needs
Support the PM for LBG and Carcao customers solutions
Develop team members and ensure performance and execution excellence

Technical Service Director Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience

MS/Bachelor level degree in technical or commercial fields (food preferred) or equivalent
Extensive experience as a project and/or portfolio management leader, or equivalent
5y+ work in the food industry as team leader
Strong knowledge of technical fields associated with food product formulation Accomplishments & competencies
Proven leader with the ability to drive execution
Act as a global player
Business-oriented, high level of numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to resolve issues and move them forward
Drive team to help them achieve their goals and remove barriers
Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work productively across multiple departments, levels and personalities within the organization
Management skill – experience in training others
