Product Support Specialist Job Description

What are the main responsibilities of a Product Support Specialist:

• As Product support specialist you analyse technical issues, you will offer appropriate solutions.
• If there is no immediate solution available, you will report directly to global products specialists.
• You will visit clients to examine specific problems and gain a better understanding of those problems
• You will support communication with the dealer network through dedicated after sales meetings or individual contacts.
• As Product Support Specialist you keep organizations informed about the product improvements.
• Finally, you also take care of the training to dealers about various products.

Product Support Specialist Job Requirements

What does CNH require of a Product Support Specialist:

• You are in possession of a higher degree Electronics, Agricultural Engineering or equivalent experience.
• You have 3 to 5 year’s experience in Technical Service and Engineering.
• As a Product Support Specialist you are accurately and well structured. You are able to investigate, diagnose and resolve complex problems.
• You possess good communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft applications is required.
• As a Product Support Specialist you are flexible and willing to travel.
