Software Engineer Job Description

You support the customer and the sponsor in defining all requirements for a potential upcoming project and define use-cases. You are responsible for delivering a requirement specification document and you are a trustable contact person for consulting on customer solutions. You manage and own a solution from project request to customer acceptance. Furthermore, you act as trainer of requirements engineering to our 25 subsidiaries for customer solution. In addition, the support of the design and architecture process for Central Customer Solution projects and the sales organization in the pre-sales process belongs to your tasks. You play an instrumental role in defining standards and templates for requirements engineering.

Software Engineer Job Requirements

You convince with

• A university degree in informatics or a similar education
• Good experience in requirements engineering
• Experience with partner management in an international acting company as well as software and solution orientated related business
• Knowledge in access solution (SKIDATA products preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to assert oneself
• Ability to negotiate with technical oriented people and to work within a multi-cultural environment
• Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English
