Role Summary/Purpose

The role is for a duration of 24 months suitable for Graduate students of a relevant Engineering subject at University. As a graduate, you can be sure that you are entering a company at the top of its field with excellent opportunities to learn and develop your skills throughout this programme. 

Pay: £23,600 
Sign on Bonus: £1200 

Training necessary to the job role will be provided throughout the programme. You will carry out 6 monthly appraisals providing constant development opportunities. Essential Responsibilities • Will be working on long / short projects with experienced engineers 

• Gain knowledge of project tools and processes 
• Demonstrate initiative in developing solutions with minimal supervision 
• Develop a good understanding of our Quality Management System (QMS) 
• Assist and lead process improvements 
• Rewrite and create quality documents 
• Communicate with other departments, customers and suppliers

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduated/Due to Graduate with a degree in Engineering (aeronautical, mechanical, manufacturing or production) 
• Understanding and interest of lean tools and techniques 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT 
• Ability to contribute effectively to team-working and group discussions 
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Producing clear and precise written reports 
• Possess strong analytical skills 
• Ability to work to timescales, achieve personal deadlines and contribute to team objectives. 
• Ability to energise teams and create an engaging work environment, promoting inclusiveness.
